With lip blushing, the color is designed to enhance your natural lip color rather then drastically your natural color. Depending on what your starting point is, will depend on where we can go with your color! Keep in mind that this is a tattoo and something that you'll be walking around with everyday! Lip neutralizations involve a very similar thought process - we want to enhance your undertone while also brightening your lips (just depending on your starting point and end goal). Multiple sessions are often required to get to desired goal!

Lip blushing is known to redefine the natural lip border and enhance the color throughout, often giving the appearance of bigger lips. However, I am confined by the vermillion border of your lips and I cannot tattoo outside of that border. If I were to do so, it would create an obviously over-lined look! If you are looking for more volume in your lips, you should consider lip filler. Very minor adjustments can be made to the shape of your lips but they must be made within the vermillion border.

Many people are prone to cold sores, as long as you are taking an antiviral prescribed by your doctor, your chance of an outbreak will be minimized. For some that have never experienced an outbreak, tattooing can trigger one. Please note that this doesn't guarantee that you wont experience an outbreak but it does minimize the likelihood of a breakout.

While lip blushing and neutralizations have the power to change your lip color, it will not be able to cover freckles or moles permanently! You will still be able to see the freckles or moles on your lip through your cosmetic tattoo.

Depending on multiple factors such as lifestyle and skin type, these services can last anywhere from 2-5+ years without an additional touch up. It all depends on how much they have faded, not neccessarily time frame. You want them to be at least 60% faded before we do any type of color boost.

If you have ANY sort of previous work done at ANY point in time, please send photos for approval PRIOR to booking an appointment! Previous work must be at least 70% faded before we can tattoo over them to ensure the most natural results!

Yes, as long as the filler is placed responsibly! There needs to be at least 8 weeks gap between the appointments. If your lips are too overfilled we will recommend getting your existing filler dissolved. If you are considering filler, I always recommend getting the lip blushing first and filler second. Please note filler has a tendency to swell more and they can require additional sessions due to uneven placement of the filler often leading to uneven healing!
